We bought a pedometer but don't think it works just right. From what I've read a brisk walk of about 20 to 30 minutes is very good. If it causes you to break a sweat even better.

I've dropped a couple of pounds since last week, so maybe I'm on a bit of a roll (and hopefully will get rid of a fat roll)

On a good note, I was happy to see a half-pound disappear when I weighed in today. The way I see it, that's better than a gain, right? Did fairly well today although I didn't do my power walk and took the day off due to aching legs (I guess they just don't like this cool damp weather we're having)
