• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Anyone have questions?

When is tomorrow ??

as i saw a sign at a shop saying free food tomorrow the next day i go and its there again.
go up to the store manager and demand for free food, say it was up yesterday and the day before that. If he says, "no can do" the business isnt worth going to because they dont keep their promises, than again, which business does?

LOL, i was joking because the truth is tomorrow never comes, thats why we shouldn't say we will do things "tomorrow" rather we should set a date, or do it then and there, so we have some kinda of accountability towards our responsability.

(James 4:13-14 KJV) Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: 14) Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

(Matt. 6:34 KJV) Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

means 'break, take 5,' etc, doennit?
Actually, it's a bit of a trick question. (No one really knows what it means. Most plausibly it's a musical term that means break or rest, as you have mentioned.)

This is true and so we should set a date in planing for the furture, saying God willing. As we aren't ment to worry about the furture but we should have plans for it. In trust of God and not ourselfs.
