I have this feeling of bitterness and "envy" (not sure if that's exactly the right word) toward those collectively who are rich and very influential. I don't envy them in a material sense per se. I don't necessarily agree with them or like them. But, they collectively manipulate our society and the thing is they get perks for doing so and get little if any comeuppance.
Like those in Hollywood, they are in positions of powerful prestige, yet as a general rule they are anti-Christian or anti-Conservative/anti-Libertarian. The point is that they are the ones who control and manipulate society on a daily basis, while Christians and many Conservatives or libertarians are quiet and pacifist. They have no organized popularity or prestige on even close to the same scale that the other side collectively does. Why can't prestige or being popular be for other people?
I'm going off on a little ramble here, but I hope some people will get where this post is coming from. I tend to do that a lot.
