I passed a seventh day baptist church today as going on the main road to my brothers house so they do exist.
Just thought I would mention. But its not anywhere near where I live, so cant really tell you what its like. And I passed it on saturday around 5:20 pm but didnt see anyone there or cars parked...so maybe they worship in the mornings, I dont know. i was riding past not walking so couldnt see if there was any sign saying what time.

That's not unusual.

There are a number of churches that do not have a Sunday (or Saturday) night service.

God Bless

Till all are one.

I agree with the Saturday worship like the Seventh Day Baptists, but I currently attend a Southern Baptist church. AFAIK, their churches only meet on Sundays.

I've had some connections with the Adventists in the past, but I never became one.

I don't find most of their beliefs that concerning aside from their rejection of a permanent hell and the acceptance of annihilationism. That's the only deal-breaker for me.

I'm also pro-Israel, so idk of that is incompatible with SDA eschatology.

To my knowledge, Ellen White never claimed to be a prophet, and her writings aren't considered to be superior to Scripture, but are used as guidance for interpreting it. They also believe all of her teachings can be found in the Bible.

? the seventh day baptists are weird. I did not cause him to stumble. He bought the sausage off us, we were raising money for community meal. I don't know why he bought it if it might have had pork in it. Nobody forced him to buy it.

I am not a seventh day baptist so we just let him talk and then said good day.

He probably thought we were going to hell, but why did he then buy the sausage AND eat it? So weird!!! I thought he was just mad about the bacon, but I recall those sausages probably had pork in it as well.
