I find baby dolls kind of creepy and I'm not a baby person, but I have a small obsession with my American Girl Dolls. I fished them out of the attic one day, and I had 3. Now I have five, and another 18" doll, and all of them are slowly acquiring high quality wigs. Hoping to get the time to sew some stuff for them.

I like American Girl as well. My daughter was never into dolls but I always enjoyed them and dollhouses too. Light is a concern. I have floor to ceiling windows and that will affect the porcelain. This was the first one I had. She's 36 inches and my favorite. Which AG do you like best?

Is this still an active query? I'm a reborn Christian and I use dolls or action figures for photo cartoons. I'm trying to find a clean family-friendly forum at which to post the photos. I got one, but would like to expand. Trying Reddit, but am running into far too much worldliness on their home pages.
