Disgusting...I don't even watch local news because it isn't "local". Who cares what goes on in Minnesota?

From Finland!!

I am a Minnesotan-transplant living in Finland! I have been here for 20 yrs and recently travelled to MN in Nov & Dec 2004 because of retirement in Finland. I had to take 2 months off from work!

There were too many changes in the Mpls area and I don´t think I could manage to live there again. Too many people and terrible traffic conditions. The good old days were back in the 70s when I lived in the Wayzata/Plymouth area. I grew up in the Duluth/Cloquet area. Finland is a good country to live in!

hey arnediad, I am from Glencoe! Hutch was our HS rivals for quite awhile until Glencoe changed from Eagles to Panther. I Graduated in '91 and went to college at Crown College (aka St.Paul Bible College) in St. Boni.

What was your M.O.S. ?

I was 91B (combat medic) and 12B (Combat engineer) with the 682nd Eng. Batt. 34th ID

Regular Army I was a 67H20 (UH-1 mechanic) and a 76T20 (Parts specialist). I was with the 67th Trans Det with the 336th Assault Helicopter Co in Viet Nam and the 620th Repair Parts Co. at Ft. Carson CO.
I spent over 17 years in the MN Nat'l Guard......Co C 1/135th Inf, 47th (Now 34th) INF Div.

Yeah, I was in Hutchinson, Mn E. Company, 682nd of the 34th for my first couple of years..90-91, then I was with HHC 682nd eng battlion, then transfered to Litchfield, MN ... Co A 682nd.

Thank you for your service. I now a few Combat medics from Vietnam. One lives in Hutch, and the other lives in St.Cloud.
