For the past several months I've been sleeping constantly. Other than work I can sleep all day and when I have two days off in a row I can sleep the full 48 hours and still get up exhausted. I'm sleepwalking and eating too. I ordered Chinese food ate it and woke up thinking it had been a dream and I had actually ordered and eaten Chinese food
Now I went to a new years eve party and I forgot more than half the people that were there ( there was no alcohol and I can't drink anyways because I have one kidney). But not just in that instance have I completely blotted out entire conversations or half a day here or there. I can't remember what day it is at times even when I've been told over and over again. Any ideas what's going on? I'm going to go to a doctor within 30 days after I get my insurance squared away but it's nerve wrecking.

Definitely see a doctor. I have sleep apnea - I would "sleep" for 10 hours and wake up feeling exhausted. As far as I was concerned I had slept a solid 10 hours but it turns out due to sleep apnea, I never entered REM sleep which is required to feel rested.

I got a CPAP machine and now sleep like a rock and feel great the next day.

Getting right with the Lord would allow you to take part in the last supper, (eucharist/communion). Remembering the Lord's sacrifice is renewing and rewarding for the soul and body. Remember the Word became flesh and it dwelt among us. That Word is also the bread of life; it brings healing BUT you must be right with the Lord because there are consequences for doing it half-heartedly.

This is not a call for you to leave islam and jump back to christianity. Prayer and a lot of preparation is needed before making that sort of move. You left christianity and now I don't know why you're asking for a christian response. It doesn't make sense. Regardless of what I think of your situation, the eucharist is healing to the mind, soul and body.
