Any Good Tips for losing minor chubbiness

Running. Get out and play some rec sports as well. Aim to run first thing in the morning, before you eat breakfast so that your body is forced into burning off it's fat stores instead of the energy you just put in. Also cut out excess sugar - pop, drink mixes, candy, etc... A little bit won't hurt (a little bit DOESN'T mean 1 can a day, etc...) but make sure you really focus on controlling those urges by finding something else - water with some lime/lemon squeezed in, milk, fruits, etc...

Well, running is great, it really helps! Also if you like salad, eat a lot of it. And drink water. In february I was getting ready to do a *caugh*pagent*caugh* Yeah can't believe I did that. Anyway I ate salad for lunch every other day or so (you can put different things on it to give a little variety) and drank water for every meal except breakfast for a month. I lost 6 pounds, and felt extremly healthy. My only thing was I didn't mean to loose weight, I just did, but thats what I did and it worked.

If your a healthy weight, dont worry about it. The best looking girls are a little pudgy ;)

Play an energetic sport at least twice a week
Walk instead of taking the car
Eat fresh natural foods, cut out all the processed junk
Eat a sensible breakfast, I recommend porridge with a banana chopped up in it :thumbsup:
