I forgot about Pike. That would be an interesting thing.

As for the klingons we have seen them in every season so far, so I imagine they will be back.

I like the way the Klingons look how they look in TNG and Voyager... but in TOS they're just all wearing the same things.

So now that T'Pol was released, will she hook up with Trip? We know what torture they can put their offspring into.. they just don't know it.

Yeah, no way to get around it since the war lasted about five years and started in the same year season 4 leaves off. It wont be this season but is looking like season five will have episodes of the war.

Oh yeah... they have the rest of the season posted and this week was a re-run. It was a good re-run though. I liked the whole slave trading scene.

Yeah I don't know that thing behind the Klingons either. As far as I know, they should have not come onto the show for some time to come. So I guess anything is possible.

So you think Vulcan will get involved in the war? I bet they will have allot of internal strife causing a less aggressive posture as a whole. Sure I bet many will get involved but you have the Romulan Empire working their own supporters within Vulcan society causing opinion to not be entirely positive for Earth.

No, Shatner could not reach a deal with the studio. He may still appear next season though.

Ha, they have ships, close range warp 2 vessels. Only 2 Warp 5 ships Enterprise, and I forget what the second was called. The NX02 should be about ready to launch.

It's the Columbia; they gave us a glimpse of it in "Home".

Yes -- though that was almost two years ago, if you can believe it. I've heard that the Enterprise creative team chose the name in memory of the Columbia shuttle crew, but I'm not sure if that is a fact.

NASA... I can't even put my disappointment into words when I think of NASA. Oh well I don't want to derail the thread anyway.

but in answer to your question, by the time NASA puts the shuttle back up, the private sector will already have cities on mars, and for 1/100th the cost of any such project by NASA. Ok, exaggeration, but not too far off from the truth. Hey, but aint that so Star Trek? In Star Trek, warp speed is achieved for the first time by a private project.

Actually it's a rerun this week. They're re-airing the Brent Spiner arc. So I'll probably watch (or finish watching) my shiny new ROTK EE.

It will be worth it, the Romulan arch should be good. I wish they would have started the show off with episodes like this in season 1.
