Anxiety about posting in a forum

I also have a hard time posting because I'm afraid of what people will think of my post. Will they judge me? I would probably have a lot more posts right now but sometimes I will write a post and then delete it in it's entirety. It's kind of how I am with the spoken word. I will think of saying something in my mind but I'll think it's stupid or worry about people judging me and "delete" it from my mind and keep my mouth shut.

You most likely have a lot of interesting things to add, you could try speaking up when you normally wouldn't just once a day. It's painful and I so understand having your lighthearted and other inner thoughts be crushed by fear of the thoughts of others.
