And so we do not need to give absolute support to Israel no matter what they do. We can still hold them accountable when needed. We do not need to always take their side at every occasion. That is not hatred. It is justice.

Yes - no problem there, but there are plenty of believers being caught up in the hate demonstrations. (I use the term because Hamas has that philosophical base, and to join with them is to be condoning hatred.

Are we sure there are Christian believers caught up in this hate? I wouldn't put it past Westboro Baptist Church but otherwise I would hope it is indeed rare?

I know believers who are convinced by the claims behind the 'genocide' demonstrations and at least verbally voice the 'Palestinian' cause.

I am sure there will be believers in the Palestinian demonstrations waving their green flags.

Well, I suppose so. There ARE Palestinian Christians. But I've never thought they would be of the Hamas type or would be antisemitic. They too are treated poorly by Israel, so maybe I could see it. I think though that you are referring to pro-Hamas Christians in NZ. That I just find more difficult to think exists. Maybe. Excessively liberal social justice woke kind of Christians maybe. Is that how you see it?
