  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I found this hindu chant song and thought it was really cool so I'm gonna share it here.

Many, many years ago I was fortunate enough to have seen Ravi Shankar in concert

One of my favorite Kirtan chanters is Krishna Das. He is a contempery of Ram Dass. They had the same Hindu teacher and were together in India back in the 70's. I've seen him perform several times now.

My resistance band was only ten dollars too. I just want to make sure you did not buy the house wife kind, lol. You want to make sure you get one that really works your muscles.

Nice on the PS4 purchase. I have been meaning to buy one. Still, I have a library of PS3 games I need to play first. I will probably get one once The Last Of Us 2 comes out.

If you've never played The Last Of Us, you're in for a real treat.

The game is beautiful and mesmerizing, yet terrifying at the same time.

I'm so jealous, I wish I could have the virgin experience of playing the game again lol..

Well sorry but while I have never played it myself I have watched a Lp of it ive seen the game beaten. the story is fantastic

Ah, that's disappointing.. still it will be a fun experience to actually play the game.

The graphics in the remastered version are impressive.

While I have only played the PS3 version of the game, I have seen the remastered version on Youtube and I have to say the graphics look about the same. Although for a PS3 game The Last Of Us looks immaculate. Naughty Dog knows how to take advantage of every inch of the PS3's processing power.

Not to mention that great art and level design helps.

Yeah I know, a little hint that both game series take place in the same universe.

I still have yet to play Uncharted 3. I've played all the other ones, even the Vita title.

It's almost like I'm playing The Last Of Us again, almost..

In other news, I'm spending my Saturday afternoon watching Jackie Chan movies, and having a couple of beers to relax. Why? Because I can, lol.
