Sexual assault in the military - Obama must be responsible for that, as well.
The U.S. Air Force says it disciplined five former commanders at a San Antonio base for not reporting problems quickly or taking appropriate action in what has turned into the military branch's worst sex scandal.
The confirmation came as the 18th military trial in the scandal started Wednesday.

A female Air Force instructor who had sex with a recruit was sentenced to three months in jail Thursday, but will remain in the service for now.
The judge, Col. Donald Eller Jr., also gave Staff Sgt. Emily Allen 30 days' hard labor and busted her to airman first class.

In the latest incident, an Army sergeant first class assigned to such a program at Fort Hood, Texas, is being investigated for alleged sexual assault, pandering, abusive sexual contact and maltreatment of subordinates. Charges had not been filed as of Wednesday morning.
A Defense Department official says "initial indications" show that are at least one person may have been forced into prostitution activity, but the matter remains under investigation no conclusions have been drawn yet.
