It is ridiculous to imagine that, under the inspiration of God, Obadiah suddenly should switch in verse 21 from talking about Middle Eastern countries to suddenly talk about the North Pole.

How do you know that? The people who have been there, sailed round it, or flown over it don't report something circumferencing the earth. The bible doesn't mention Antarctica, so you cannot claim the bible as your source.
