Anyone with half a brain is capable of doing a minimal amount of research to understand that there was no one filming it. The camera and transmitter were left on the moon with a motorised gimbal that was timed to rotate the camera up when the LM launched.

Does anyone in the FE community actually engage their brain before making these videos? Or while watching and commenting on them?

The Roadster is spinning. On multiple axes. It is plainly visible in the video.

As it's spinning, there's no constant solar radiation exposure. Which is what is required for the surface temperatures of the various materials to climb past their various melting points. Parts would heat up as they face the sun and then cool as they change their facing away.

Secondly, the car is in a vacuum. So it not subject to the ambient convection/conduction heating that we enjoy from Earth's atmosphere.

That means that unlike on Earth, where the baseline temperature is 15 Celsius/60 Fahrenheit, the car is exposed to a much, much lower baseline. In near earth orbit, the 'ambient' (for lack of a better term) temperature is more like -100 Celsius/-148 Fahrenheit. As it gets further out into orbit (way out past Mars), that's going to drop to -260 Celsius/-450 Fahrenheit.

So, the parts of the car that would melt if exposed to direct solar radiation will have a lot further to climb from baseline to get to their melting points.

When someone points out the flawed reasoning behind one of your videos, the proper response is to admit they are correct and accept your video was in error.

With regards to your question, all you have to do is look at the footage to see there are brackets fixed to the front, side and read of the car where cameras have been mounted. The cameras transmitted footage for as long as their batteries held out, no solar panels on the Tesla)

The video YOU posted said the same thing just before the 1st minute mark, but as explained above, the Roadster is slowly spinning so the car doesn't change temperature because the surface of the car is being alternately heated and cooled.
If you stand in front of a bonfire on a cold winter's night, the side facing the fire will roast while the other side is chilled by cold air being drawn into the fire. However if you slowly keep turning around on the spot then no part of your body becomes excessively hot or cold.
