For Apollo 11-14, the PLSS could provide up to 4 hours of oxygen, cooling, and CO2 removal. It carried 1.5 lbs of oxygen at 1,020 psi, 3 lbs of lithium hydroxide for CO2 removal, and 8.5 lbs of cooling water.

For the extended missions of Apollo 15-17, the PLSS was upgraded to enable 8 hours of EVA time. This was achieved by increasing the oxygen supply to 1.8 lbs at 1,430 psi, lithium hydroxide to 3.12 lbs, and cooling water to 11.5 lbs.

Scuba tanks also contain mostly Nitrogen whereas the Astronauts supply was pure oxygen. Skuba divers have to breath in a lot more air because the air in their lungs is compressed to compensate for the pressurised environment they are swimming in, otherwise their chest would be crushed by the water pressure. At 10m depth they have to breath twice as much air as they do on the surface. They also exhale a lot of unused oxygen with each breath which is lost unless they are using a rebreather apparatus. The Astronauts space suit has an internal pressure of around 0.3 atmospheres, so they breath in a lot less gas but it is all oxygen, and none of the oxygen is wasted. As they exhale the Carbon Dioxide is scrubbed, but they can keep breathing until their oxygen is nearly depleted, as none of the oxygen they breath out is lost.

They are obviously the same picture. Where do you ever find NASA claiming otherwise?

As I said at the beginning, I will need to see references or links to sources for each of the claims made on the video. I've seen many of the claims before, and they've all turned out to be false.

It's not a false claim, the only people making false claims are these astronauts & NASA.

Rob obviously had no idea how jpeg image compression works. All those people who use photoshop to 'discover' rectangle artifacts in the images near where there is a sharp change in contrast, are not using the RAW camera images but instead the compressed .jpg images, which introduces such artifacts as part of the image compression. Such artifacts are also more pronounced in stills taken from compressed video.

Having dug a little bit, I believe I have found where the "22 hours" came from. The Apollo 11 Lunar Module spent 22 hours on the surface of the moon, and while the astronauts were wearing their spacesuit for the entire mission, they were only using the oxygen from the life support backpack when they were outside the Lunar Module. When inside the Lunar Module, the hatch was closed and the craft was filled with oxygen so they were able to remove their helmets. The Lunar Module descent stage had two oxygen tanks with 48 pounds of oxygen each
Armstrong and Aldrin were only outside the Lunar Module for a little over 2 hours. Later Apollo missions spent more time outside.
