You're still barking up the wrong tree. You are a terrible mind reader. Don't quit your day job. If you continue down this path you may stumble into deliberately being dishonest about what I've stated. You just want the very first part of it to go away.
Correct, but I'm not the one who has been claiming that endorsing something in the same thing as establishing which is the same thing as creating a law.Can you quote the statute? I mean, it's not established if it's not a law, right?
I don't believe we are the ones running g around accusing everyone who disagrees with us a hater. That's the lefts mantra. You might be accidentally looking in a mirror. The far right has a very easy time inventing opinions for other people. It's their salient ability. If anyone disagrees with them and doesn't wish to accept or give in to their demands, he must assume that they are haters.
You do know the difference between a society and a government correct? The military is a direct representation of the US government, not the society that elects that government. A Godless society? No, thank you. A Godless government? I believe it's one of the most important parts of the Constitution. "Separation of Church and State."
Do you believe that Church and State should be separate?
NASA did not "ban" the name Jesus. NASA, as a government organization, is trying to be more religiously neutral last years (even though they allowed Christianity to be freely propagated among employees for decades, they for example let astronauts to quote the Bible during space missions etc.).This is nothing compared to NASA who Banned the name 'Jesus'.
NASA bans the word 'Jesus'
The name of Jesus is not welcome in the Johnson Space Center newsletter, according to a complaint filed on behalf of a group of Christians who work for NASA.www.fox26houston.com
In my European view, all workplaces should be purely secular, without any non-work agenda. Companies should focus on making profit or on their technological goals, not on social, political or religious issues. At least while we live in a man-organized society.
NASA did not "ban" the name Jesus.
Out of the workplace. And not just religion, but also all social and political issues and agendas (transgenderism, pride days, abortions and similar). So what your saying basically is that Religion should be left out of the equation ?
There are some grey areas I have no firm opinions about. For example about wearing private individual religious symbols, like decent crosses, in a workplace. I guess this would need some public discussion to find a balance between personal freedoms and public workplace policies. If we allow crosses, do we also allow burkas or statutes of Buddha on work desks? LGBT t-shirts or flags? Communism manifesto on the walls? What about the women who lost her job through the wearing of a crucifix round her neck ?
Its not a ban on the name of Jesus. Its a policy on any religious themes in the workplace, as I understand it. They do not want Allah, Vishnu, Buddha, Ra, Thor or Satan to be in the work emails, instead.Try reading the article again.
Liberty Institute, one of the nation’s largest religious liberty law firms, threatened to file a federal lawsuit unless NASA apologizes and stops censoring the name ‘Jesus’.
Its not a ban on the name of Jesus. Its a policy on any religious themes in the workplace, as I understand it.
It may only seem so, because there may be no other religious groups active in NASA emails. Let us not be quick in judgement, we have only some journalists's articles, not a real insight info.No it wasn't it was a ban on the name Jesus.
On the other hand, as Christian employees are required to behave neutrally, so I also require companies to act neutrally and to not participate in anything which is not related to work
In 2019, I lost my job as a school chaplain at Trent College, a private school in Derbyshire, and was secretly reported to Prevent, the UK’s counter-extremism programme, by the school’s headmaster.
I am not familiar with the case. However, I see the current UK as being extremely decadent, isolated, unhealthy, poor, dangerous and irrational in many areas. One of the worst countries to live in, in the European context. What about this guy, the chaplain, who's job was related Christianity ?
The "one world religion" - which is it? And who are "they"?And as the years pass by it's only going to get worse. They are already pipe-lining a one world Religion.
We've noticed that the yec have nothingNo it wasn't it was a ban on the name Jesus.
A new religion is emerging and it is spreading fast. Unlike religious takeovers of the past, there is no fight taking place. In fact, the followers of many other belief systems have been quick to embrace it and incorporate it into their doctrine. It is a non-judgmental, feel-good religion of ecumenism and inclusion and acceptance of all people and all lifestyles. There is only one group of people who are rejected from this new global religion – the followers of Jesus Christ. Join Amir Tsarfati for his new teaching, The Rise of the One World Religion, as he examines this new system that will eventually unite all people under one man – the antichrist.Regarding the "one world religion" - which is it? Can you demonstrate how it would work in a real world?A new religion is emerging and it is spreading fast. Unlike religious takeovers of the past, there is no fight taking place. Just try forcing the Chinese to accept it.Can you demonstrate how it would work in a real world?
How could half-orthodox, half-Muslim Russia, half-Christian, half-irreligious Europe, half-Buddhist, half-irreligious China, mostly Roman Catholic South America, mostly protestant USA, irreligious Canada, about a billion of Hinds in India and Islamic Middle-East and Northern Africa be all forced to accept "one religion"? Its quite unthinkable.
Let us not fall for free internet content easily, youtube people are not required to be right. They can say whatever they want.
Or any other mentioned part of the world. We live in an era with multiple powerful international players and none of them can be forced to do anything of such kind. Well, maybe Canada - even though its a large land, neither the military power nor religious conviction there is great.Just try forcing the Chinese to accept it.
Being a Christian does not take away any rights.
Says the atheist who cannot be bothered studying Christian theology. Where's my dustbin?
"Your honor, the witness continues to be non-responsive."The subject of the thread is (broadly) the rights of individuals under the Constitution, theology is irrelevant.
Nope. Apparently, you have not kept up with the case that is the topic of this thread. The court holds that the SoS arguments are valid (not "inverted").We have given you multiple explicit demonstrations and examples including text from the author of the first amendment and you some how manage to invert the arguments plainly made.

My post stands as written. What I deny is your strawman. Your attempt at a strawman fallacy is in your erroneous alteration of that post. Look it up.I did precisely that in #122. I quoted you:
Well, let's take a look. I quoted this:
C'mon. It's still on the board. No point in denying it.
