I'm watching Hinata get herself stabbed right now. What a useless character. Literally, her only use in the entire franchise has been to make Naruto get angry and go six-tails.

How old are you? I don't want to come off sounding condescending, but you do not spell or use grammar like someone old enough to have children. Your spelling and grammar is like a grade schooler.

Anime/ manga being a tool of the devil is laughable. When a kid hurts someone, it must be the media. Of course! It could not be a PARENTING problem! Oh, heck, no!

Anime is a general term for animated storytelling from Japan.

It's all the work of a specific media created by an entire country. At worst it's morally ambiguous. I could pull out horrible American sitcoms and say that people should never watch American television again from that.

Yep! Just like watching old-school cartoons like Centurions and G.I. Joe as well as an East and West collab Transformers TOS. The same goes to watching the original Star Trek where our Hammy Captain James Kirk resides hamming his role up to the point of chewing the scenery.

this post made me laugh but their some anime that teaches about friendship and naruto kinda teaches that but of course its violent its about ninjas.

your son is to young to watch naruto. its for like teens and up due to the violence

try hamtaro its really cute. but i suggest he reads a book or plays outsude!

I disagree that Naruto is satanic. It's is appropriate as long as the child has a brain. I absolutely love Naruto. It tells me, that anything is possible if I put my mind into it. I watched this when I was very young, and it has influenced me ever since. The fighting may be an issue for younger kids, but, if everyone in the world would take time to watch this, it could changed the world. This anime, is about a boy with a monster trapped inside him. Everyone shunned him, but he found someone that acknowledged him, and he was top ninja. This anime is a true classic, and there will never be an anime that will be as life changing as this. There are many kids that are in the position of being "hated" and this, will change their life. Please take time to watch this, and don't judge it by the first few episodes. This show has absolutely brought me to tears.

I don't know the rules on reviving old threads, but this is definitely a topic I'm interested in so I'll toss in my two cents...

I don't believe any media is a tool of Satan. It's all in how you interpret it, and it's part of a parent's job to help their children interpret the world around them. You teach them why the characters fight, and how that's different from the real world, and then you discuss the moral of the story. God gave us amazing minds with incredible capabilities to imagine, and it's a shame to stifle that imagination when all you really have to do it help your children discover the morals the story is trying to portray.
