That happening to poor families in this poor country, the stroke sufferer essentially live the rest of their lives in virtual hell without medical intervention. Some commit suicide. My grand father committed suicide under similar conditions.
Have you officially been diagnosed with cardiovascular/ coronary artery disease?

The last time I had medical exam from a job was 2014 and I was given a clean bill of health.

But after Covid vaccination last 2020, I started suffering from hypertension couple of weeks later. We have blood pressure machine at home and my blood pressure and chest pains shot up since vaccination.

Anyway, I'm not entirely blaming Covid vaccines alone but also from dealing with enormous stress at the time. Other than that, I have no clue what other problems I may have other than feeling chest pains every now and then. It sometimes flares up during the highly stressful days.

If I stop exercising even for just one week, my hypertension would return. Otherwise, it could be nothing. Between the chest pains, I feel perfectly fine.

Sounds like you're using the word angina for chest pain, but angina is a specific condition caused by coronary artery disease. Usually it's something older people get as far as I know.

I get chest pains, but it's most likely a gastric problem since my cardiovascular system checks out okay. Stress can also cause a feeling of tightness and pain in the chest. Sometimes it's purely psychological.

I've also due to high blood pressure experienced being lightheaded. Sometimes to the point where I've felt like I was on drugs. They finally put me on a beta blocker and since then I haven't felt lightheaded.

I had all that way before covid. And for me at least my covid vaccinations haven't changed how I've felt in any way.
