  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I think that in order for something to possess energy, it needs to have mass.
Does energy itself possess any mass? Why don't photons possess mass? Photons always travel at the speed of light and have 0 rest mass. Photons don't have mass but they do have momentum, so they have energy.

Good.

Then if,

Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Would E=mcc have any relevance?

What/Who/How/When is/was the source of the E?

Autogenesis/Abiogenesis?

Have fun.

Years this was probably a sarcastic post, but I assure you some of us have been assaulted by what many would call fantasy. Others have experienced less antagonistic things. It is real, even though it may be strong delusion (i.e. a Satan coming as an angel of light.) That is where discernment comes in. Discernment =/= dismissal.

No, it was not a sarcastic post. You are sick if you think I would use the passing of my daughter to say something sarcastic. This is why I do not share much of these things here. Most of what has happened to me would destroy your religion just as it did mine but I am not here to destroy people.

I think that is a good example of something God created. Photons are seen to be not made of things which do appear. Science is in harmony with God, if only man would see it that way.

Honestly, I apologize if you think I thought you were using your daughter as a literary device, but I can't read you. And, given that many of the posters think the spirit realm is composed of the same laws and even physics as this world, and the amount of scoffing on this thread, I err on caution. Not everyone has cuth; not everyone on here is above using their offspring and/or loved ones as vindication props. Re-reading your post, and even mine, it seems we agree more than we think.

So, my fault.

But, I am begrudgingly glad that other people understand the composition of the spirit world. And, I think a I now understand your last sentence previously (before the misunderstanding.)

I will ask for clarification next time.

Spiritual realm is not earthly realm. While the spiritual realm can be pervasive within the earthly realm, it still like air between the dust particles. Once the dust particles settle, the air is no longer a part but separate. Only turmoil gives the appearance of joining to form something together. But like the breath of life, when it departs, we return to "dust to dust or ashes to ashes"

We are of the earth, we are of the earthly realm. God offers us the opportunity to be a part of the spiritual realm, but it is an invitation to have the His Spirit to dwell within us. Only He can do this and have the two realms forever together as one.

And, I hope you share. Many of us posting, and observing, are looking for people who have shared similar experiences. Don't let my misunderstanding deter your valuable input.

I destroyed my own "religion" long ago when my mom and I prayed away a strong demon attacking us, and we got a text message calling her a "female dog," only the callback number was full of 6's, and it never existed (we called back immediately.)

Or, when our cat wouldn't cross over a room threshold only to find out that the strange happenings (lights, but no reflection, and a 500lbs bed noticeably moving across carpet) was because animal sacrifices were performed in the room.

Religion is religion; we need people with real input, and experiences to lift the veil. So again, you don't have to divulge as much as I have, but don't become reticent because of or any misunderstanding.

Respectfully.

I especially liked the part about "melting your brains out" :D but that sounds more like the one in the black robe to the foot having a black hood over a dark empty space where there would normally have been a face. :no smiley: :not smiling:

I thought I would add some corn to that bundle for texture.

I did not say that my testimony was a secret, (far from it) but on the other hand I do not need those things to form doctrine or support anything I discuss here in these fora because most all of those things are already found in the Scripture whether for the good or whether for the evil. Likewise there are as many false prophet spirits as there are men so test all such things when they happen to you, (especially what may seem "good" at the time) as we are commanded in both Devarim 13 and 1Jn.4:1 as well as many other warnings in many other places. :)
