If you are speaking about the wheel within the wheel, it's speaking about God's Throne and presence.

The outer wheel represents Christ, the mediator between God and man. The inner wheel represents God the Father, hidden behind the Glory and the Spirit that moves the Throne this way and that is likened to the Holy Spirit.

It is a representation of God manifested, with the living creatures on the North South East and West of the Throne.

God doesn't need a UFO and neither do angelic beings.

If you try to interpret it literally you will get very confused. This Scripture is first spiritual and symbolic, the literal meaning is the Nature and Character of God, not "aliens".

Archangels need no machine. We know Satan can take many forms when he
is allowed by God to temp like with Job and Eve.

Yep, quite possibly. Can or do they use them? I guess it depends on what plane of existence they are trying to traverse. If they are moving in what we refer to the heavenly plane of existence than they probably have other means of transportation, but if they physically manifest into the earthly realm than they may need something to transport themselves since their bodies will most likely be influenced by the physics of this world. Why they use them I’m not certain, but I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough.

Also, if the end times are suppose to be like the days of Noah, than it could be possible that we have seen the return of the Nephilim. I’m speaking of the Nephilim that were the offspring of angels and humans (literal). I think in their case they would be required to use such a means of transportation. The Nephilim may be something different now a days; not the giants that dominated the old world(pre-flood), but now more in step with the times having greater dexterity and inelegance as they have been more so perfected. These are most likely viewed as gray aliens as the world has come to know them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a base located someplace in our solar system and are preparing for the war in Heaven in which Satan will loose and be booted out and down to Earth.

Since I don’t believe that God created other populated worlds (this being the only one) and that sightings of these craft are so well documented by so many, it’s obvious they exist and even the bible confirms this to a point regarding such craft. Their of course being well used for deception, between sightings and things like crop circles, they are being portrayed as something that they are not; to provoke the deception. Nothing wrong with them inherently, I think all Angels have access to them, just that the fallen Angels are using them for purposes to deceive the world into an acceptance that they themselves are aliens here to study us and soon enough be the catalyst by which the Anti-Christ will display his deceiving signs and wonders. I would think at this point he could easily unite his world government with the support of “aliens” looking to indoctrinate Earth into a “federation of planets” or some such thing as that.

Eschatology is the study of the 'end of the age', not of the interpretation of the flying thing in Ezekiel. This might be more suited for hermeneutics.
