yea, they're one a my fave- indie bands. I got realy mad for a while when they switched to a mainstream label... but oh well... guess mainstream labels have to pick some bands up for some indie-cred every once in a while.

When they were on t+n they didn't get enough pulicity as it's a 'Christian Label', at least now they can get some of what they worked so hard for

T&N isn't a Christian label. They've often signed CHristian artists, but they don't like being referenced as "Christian" because they market mainstream as much as CCM.

Favorite song is hard, but Godspeed prob. is the most "classic" in my opinion.

I wouldn't exactly call them undiscovered, at least where I live they're pretty popular.

My favorite song by them...probably Dance, Dance Christa Paffgen.

I was pretty disappointed when they switched to Universal. When indie bands switch to major labels it usually doesn't turn out well IMO. :/

I was upset at first for a while, considering they're one of my fave indie bands... but then I read what Stephen said, and It made sense... in reference to good music sometimes needs to be discovered (Bob Dylan, Beatles, etc.). Still, they were indie !

I didn't really like anberlin until "Cities" came out..... "Cities" is an AMAZING album and I highly recommend it..... everything before that though? Meh....
