Based on the Book of Genesis and the Book of Enoch, this is what I believe (All of this can be confirmed by reading Genesis 6 and the first Book of Enoch which I will link below:

According to both the Book of Genesis and the Book of Enoch, after the fall of man, many angels rebelled against God and chose to come down to earth and communicate with humans. They mixed their DNA with that of humans and even with the animals which resulted in monstrous hybrids that turned on humanity, killed them and drank their blood. These I believe are the Vampires and Dinosaurs of myth and legend. These fallen angels also gave man knowledge that was forbidden to us by God. They taught astrology, witchcraft, warfare, and many others. All of this angered God terribly. He looked down upon the earth and was horrified by what he saw. Mankind had reached a state of extremely high technology and were mixing DNA together, to corrupt God's perfect creation, were fighting amongst each other, were promiscuous not just with with members of the opposite sex but with members of the same sex as well which they new was an abomination in the sight of God. The angels convinced mankind of the same lie that lucifer convinced Adam and Eve of in the Garden of Eden, that they could become gods themselves if they did what the angels told them to do.
After seeing all this, God had no choice but to destroy the earth and all the corrupted life forms on it. Noah and his family were the only humans left who weren't corrupted either morally or genetically by the fallen angels so God commanded Noah to save 2 of each uncorrupted animal to repopulate the earth and He sent the flood to destroy everything he had made that had been corrupted. The book of Enoch says that the spirits of the angel/human hybrids were condemned to walk the earth as disembodied evil spirits or what we call demons. The Book of Enoch says that these spirits torment humans. The fallen angels according to the Book of Enoch and the Book of Revelation, were condemned to be chained beneath the earth and the waters until the last days when they would be released one last time to deceive mankind as they did before the flood. Then in the judgement, they will be thrown into the lake of fire with all those past and present who choose to follow them. Jesus said that "as in the days of Noah, so shall the coming of the son of Man be". The angels have been released and are deceiving mankind in all the same ways they did in the days of Noah. We have once again reached a high level of technology thanks to the knowledge given to us by the fallen angels who I believe were released in the early 1900s This is when I believe the last days began. I believe this based on many facts:
1. The early 1900s is when the Theosophical Society (The foundation that began the New Age Movement) was founded by Helena Blavatsky. After her death, 2 more prominent occultists and followers of her teachings took over for her who also had a serious amount of influence on the world, their names are Aleister Crowley (who made the philosophy "Do as thou Wilt" popular world wide. He is even credited along side Alfred Kinsey as influencing the Hippy movement of the 1960s) and Alice Bailey who founded "Lucis Trust" which was originally Lucifer trust until public backlash caused her to change its name. Alice Bailey is also known for writing many occult books such as "The Reappearance of the Christ" in which is written what she calls "the great initiation" or what she also says will eventually be the new prayer of the World Church. She said that if this invocation is spoken daily by enough people, the new age Christ will return with his "Masters of Wisdom." Alice Bailey claims just as Helena Blavatsky did that all of her books were dictated to her by one of these Masters of Wisdom who she called "The Tibetan". Lucis Trust is now a member of the United Nations as you will find if you look it up.
Just before his death in 1947, Aleister Crowley said that after his death, his religion or philosophy would be embraced by the world and the new age of Horus would begin. In the 1950s was the beginning of the age of rebellion when rock music and drugs took over the minds of the youth of most of the world and the "Do as thou Wilt" philosophy took over. Alfred Kinsey added to this by releasing his theories on sex to the public and convincing millions that promiscuity is perfectly natural.
In the late 60s and early 70s Helen Schucman wrote "A Course in Miracles" Like the others mentioned, she claimed to have been told what to write by a Master of Wisdom who she claimed was the Master Jesus himself. After her death, Marianne Williamson made the book incredibly popular by gaining the support of Oprah Winfrey, who raved about it on her show and had weekly lessons from the book on her radio station. Oprah has now taken over from these other women as the Queen of the New Age Movement and has even
quit her show to devote an entire tv station to endorsing the Movement.
2. We are also being bombarded with other forms of the occult in the last few decades. In the 1980s a man by the name of Nicholas Schrek (The husband of the daughter of Anton Lavey, the founder of the church of Satan) said that the goal of his organization was to use propaganda in the form of television and music to promote an infatuation with the occult in the minds of Youth. He even called himself a Lycan (a werewolf) a term that didn't become popular until the movies Underworld and Twilight came out. His prediction appears to have come true. Since the 80s a fascination with Vampires, Werewolves, Witches, Sorcerers, Ghosts, Monsters and everything else occult has exploded in the media. Even Christians are reading books and watching movies like Twilight, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Sorcerer's apprentice and countless others. Girls especially are becoming infatuated with vampires and actually fantisizing about being romantically involved with them!
3. There is also a huge fascination with UFOs and Aliens now. Even scientists, doctors and members of the military are coming out with stories of experiences or connections with these beings. I believe that these are very real experiences and that we are being deceived into believing that these beings are from other planets when in fact they are fallen angels here to deceive us.
4. Since the early 1900s we have had 2 horrible world wars, one of which was a mass extermination of God's chosen people and in the early 1900s we also had the outbreak of Spanish flu that killed millions, the outbreak of Aids which is still killing millions as well as weather that even scientists are admitting is escalating and not normal (even though they differ as to what's causing it)
My point is that the earth could very well be much older than we as Christians think it is. There is evidence both in scripture and in science that a civilization far more advanced than we give them credit for existed long ago and was destroyed for some reason. If it took us thousands of years to get to this point from when the flood took place, how long did it take them to get to that point? And if all this is true, we better learn from the past because it appears we're headed in the same direction and may not have much time left before we repeat history.
