Patterns of coding variation in the complete exomes of three Neandertals

We present the DNA sequence of 17,367 protein-coding genes in two Neandertals from Spain and Croatia and analyze them together with the genome sequence recently determined from a Neandertal from southern Siberia. Comparisons with present-day humans from Africa, Europe, and Asia reveal that genetic diversity among Neandertals was remarkably low, and that they carried a higher proportion of amino acid-changing (nonsynonymous) alleles inferred to alter protein structure or function than present-day humans. Thus, Neandertals across Eurasia had a smaller long-term effective population than present-day humans. We also identify amino acid substitutions in Neandertals and present-day humans that may underlie phenotypic differences between the two groups. We find that genes involved in skeletal morphology have changed more in the lineage leading to Neandertals than in the ancestral lineage common to archaic and modern humans, whereas genes involved in behavior and pigmentation have changed more on the modern human lineage.

Consistently with a number of earlier studies, Neandertal genetic structure (heterozygosity, Fst, IBD) is most similar to that of Amerindians, among modern human populations. No surprise, Amerindians were excluded from this study.

I don't follow your examples. I often fill and empty a glass three times before drinking out of it, but even that tick has become rare lately.
I couldn't even tell you when Passover is, and i forget what it is about unless I catch the Ten Commandments on TV.

they are saying this happened 2300 years ago , I don't have an missing eye witnessed event for 2300 years ago..

History predicts the future because life is cyclic, and there is nothing new under this sun.

Like Sukkot - a prep for the future. The holiday ceremony is about as precise as God actually telling us when Christ is coming back. Indeed, those last three holy days are His declaration of second advent, just like the first four (passover, unleavened bread, firstfruits, Pentecost) are currently fulfilled declarations of His first advent. David could have confidence his should would not remain in sheol because he and his fathers celebrated Passover and the other days, so in faith they anticipated Christ's return.

As far as science and its fickle ways, I would say it has lost its way. It forgot its humble beginnings as philosophy, not the arbiter and barometer for truth. That is why it is a doctorate of philosophy, not truth. Moreover, with the amount of money thrown at scientist to produce specific results related to private interests, science has become an arm of corporatism disguised as an object of vindication.

And, with a mass following by people who all but worship scientists - completely forgetting they are human and capable of lying - there is no way the truth can get out without extreme ridicule, damage to careers and lifestyles, and even death. Black-listings are so frequent, any type of speaking out against the accepted standard models is heavily squelched. Many scientists just keep purposefully ignorant to keep their jobs and scholarly articles. Many scientist know what is being done to the public consciously and physically. Many do nothing; some die or are turned into extreme pariahs. Meanwhile, the world calls them crazy and move forward into oblivion.

Public incredulity and denial are more powerful than nuclear weapons because instead of destroying the physical, it destroys the public consciousness (which lives generational.) So, I tend to laugh at most things put out by "science" (see how it is even fetishism and turned into a totem?) I cannot wait until He comes back so all of these trite engineered scientific and religious "issues" can be brought to truth.

They have shut down whole sites of public forums and such .. trying to make sure that the truth is not seen.
Like the archaeology of about .com had a forum and a few fellows who found some Ooparts ( Levallois technology in the USA thus" neanderthals" like ) I had always suspected that neanderthals were just some clans of native americans / of the head shaping variety.... moving around the eye shaped /Island world. creating city states.. and to me those tools proved it .
and towards the end of it , when it looked like the fellows had lost in the eyes of men anyway because no scientist wanted to see their tools . and everyone else was just all out mocking them .
I started putting up info using Ooparts and parts of their( scientism's own Pee'er reviewed stuff) used their own studies and filtered the simplest facts of those studies those through my great grandma stories.
I heard those stories when I was little and I had forgotten most of them by the time I wanted to remember them.


Anyway site after site has been shut down now or all my stuff gets completely erased from most sites... they hate this crazy old lady. they have dug through my trash , hijacked my computer and taken naked pictures of me and my hubby using my own computer...
but NOW my family is about to be in on starting a new site and my hubby just lost his job/ a forced early retirement due to corp downsizing .. my son and son in law lost theirs jobs about 4-6 months ago. yes downsizing.. .( seems we have a sabbath year every seven years if we like it or not ) and we will all soon be working on a site ( we have been compelled to ) , so maybe they can't close that down ........... well until they do.. :O one of these days I will tell the dream my friend had about 20 years ago and how I fought it..... to no avail. like this site, first "scientist"/ scientism won't even look into it because people are starting to claim it is proof of the Noah's flood... they can't have that .
but it isn't from that flood! That is a lot of scientific garble for me. Is it saying that neanderthals are from a different branch of the evolutionary line than humans?
