This is one of those ironic situations that the left likes to call "voting your own best interests"....a phrase they used trot out in reference to poor white people voting for a candidate (usually a conservative) who either doesn't support increasing entitlement/welfare programs or reforming them in some way.
Yet this example is far more extreme. Instead of merely voting against their interests...they're literally funding their downfall. A Marxist revolution would see them lined up against a wall and executed for the sin of wealth. The mildest form of Marxist takeover would see them stripped of wealth leaving them impoverished. I don't know if some extreme degree ignorance is to blame here or the fetishization of poverty but regardless....there's no reason these people cannot give away all their wealth now and leave the rest of us out of it.
The belief and support of decolonization has been made clear by pro-palestinian supporters when they responded to the Oct 7th attack with the question "what did you think decolonization looked like?". Decolonization isn't just ethnic cleansing but the hatred and destruction of anything associated with western civilization.
Hatred of "white privilege" and the desire to eliminate "whiteness" is and always has been naked racism and racial hatred. Real charity organizer, genuine activist, and famous white man Mr Beast recently received criticism for his latest act of charity and goodwill (drilling 100 clean freshwater wells in impoverished communities in Africa) because, of course, he's a white man. He's proven that those critical of successful white men will never be satisfied nor grateful for any amount of actual work or help provided to those less fortunate....because criticism of white men was never about history or disparities or morality and was always just an excuse to spread racist and sexist views of white men.
I suppose one can hope that like other far left protesters, Marxists, and agitators before them...this is all just a scam to sell t-shirts and reap donations from those gullible enough to believe their politics make them moral.
