Amazon problems.

I am having a hard time getting amazon to fix a glitch in their system in regard to me and getting my packages with sufficient notice.

It seems the Amazon people are so often on a script.And if your problem doesn't match their script they just kind of repeat it.

Also, if they say they are going to escalate the issue, there is no way to reality check since
they don't send you an email saying we're checking into it and they don't send you anything else. So you don't even know who got notified of the problem or even if , for sure , they really were notified.

Please pray for the glitch to be fixed. I am to some extent dependent on Amazon deliveries due to currently being homebound through recovery from sickness.

Well, one Amazon employee that I talked to did actually really listen and gave me helpful information. One thing he said is that many customers were having the same problem as me. This is because AMAZON was trying to switch to a more extensive AI system, but things have not been working out so great.

What a mess it must be all around. Hopefully and prayerfully they will get things straightened out.

Before you complain about amazon, just know that Amazon works their employees like dogs. I have heard stories, some from my older sister, about this. Being an amazon employee means you often get overworked and have a very stressful job. Its not something that I'd want to do.

So please be more understanding towards amazon's employees.

Amazon has a reputation for being a bad place to work. Right now I have more sympathy for them than I do for you. If that sounds cruel then I apologize.

Lorica's complaints aren't against the employees themselves, but the company and the process. She hasn't said anything to indicate a lack of understanding on there part.

The work conditions do not negate customers' difficulties, needs not being met, or their struggles.
