I keep having blasphemous thoughts in my head. They sound a lot like me but I don’t agree with what they’re saying. Or is it the fear of it just putting it in my head?

Now people with Schizophrenia which is a mental condition can have these same issues but that's a whole different ball game but you didn't say your hearing voices... but I know what your talking about, it doesn't happen to me, just pops in your thinking out of nowhere.

The thought that are popping into your mind is the works of the devil. God reminds us in His word to stay aware of Satan’s schemes, to live alert in this world, and to stay close to Him.

We should be well-aware of the various ways in which Satan works. He attacks believers when he thinks it will be to his advantage. This includes the time after a great spiritual experience, or right before someone is going to begin a new spiritual venture. He also attacks when believers are vulnerable either physically and/or mentally. Satan also likes to attack believers when they are alone. Christians, therefore, must always be on guard.

"Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith." 1 Pet. 5:8-9

Christian doctrine says that Satan is not omnipresent. I seriously doubt Satan would be coming after you when there are bigger targets for him and he can only deal with one at a time.

Fill your eyes with scriptures, what is commendable, beautiful and truthful. Fill your mind with thoughts of the truth in God's word. Do not forget to pray and ask the Lord for help. Believe that He will and it shall be done for you.
