Yea....but I forget what day it is.
You remember every day who you are
Are we living in the same world? The same reality?
Then it is "for everyone".
Back to you.
False memories.
Well... I play Memory. Just recently, with my kids, in fact. I didn't get a perfect score. Neither did they.
You do not know either way
But I guess you must be a real champion at that game.
So... are you perfect at "Memory"?
And you can still be wrong.
I reserve the right to be skeptical about that, until shown otherwise.
No. There is nothing to investigate. There is just a bunch of people claiming to remember something.
Why are you not investigating this effect?
You can show yourself it is real
So what is there for me to "show myself it is real"? Tell me! Give me something to investigate.
No. I am saying: "Give me something I can test or investigate."
Are you saying you were never a child
I have been a child. I have memories of my childhood. Not perfect ones.
So, what do you have to offer?
What you "think" is irrelevant in this regard. This isn't Sophistery 101.
I think you remember some of the examples of this effect
You do not have to prove this
How do I "investigate" whether this thing has changed, or whether my memory was false?
There is evidence? Where?
Because others remember it
And there is evidence it once existed
