Oh god, I got my tail kicked so many times by Emerald.

I'm ashamed to say I only beat him through brute force; w-summoning KOTR and then miming, and linking final attack with phoenix, and having hp & mp drains on mimes and kotr.

I've heard good things about junctioning, but that's all from 8.

Being a huge Final Fantasy fan this can be a little rough for me but I'll try to answer as best as I can.


Favorite FF: FFVIII
First FF: FFI
Hardest FF: Hmm for me I guess it would have to be FFI simply because of how much you have to level up.
Favorite Character: Squall Leonhart. If I even try to begin to explain why it would take alot of time so in short he is my favorite because I can totally identify with his character.

I played final fantasy 7 first and it blew my mind away...playing it again now!
Then I played final fantasy 8 and well what more could I say....excellent!

i never got to finish FF7 as i got stuck in the last stage.

anyway, i'm disappointed that there're no more PC games for the later versions of FF.. unless i go buy a PS2.

And I have a Black Mage on FFXI. Black mages are the coolest. Especially the evil ones.

it is the best of them by quite a bit

hardest: probably ff4 hard type
characeter: very difficult- probably Cloud

I quite like ff5 that would be my third favourite ff6 being second.

That thing survived a KOTR AND an omnislash... I was like... wow...

FFVIII, all my friends agree with me, had the best story but of course tahts me and me friends opinions I relate most to Zell in that game..but my favorite character was squall (buwahaha lion heart weapon using lion heart technique 9999 x 21 or something)

Final Fantasy 4 was actually Final Fantasy 2 in the US, it came out in 11/1991 it was one of the best Final Fantasy games. It came out around the time you where born so that is probably why you think it is a figment of our puny imagination. Lol.

North American. I know theres a number difference, I just can't reacal which number it is so I just said III.

III NA is VI in Japanese numbers, and also the numbers released for the PS collections.

I haven't played that one, but have heard good things, and it's currently leading the pack for favorite FF game, so that says good things.

yeah, i picked that one. And that is the only ff game that i played multiple times.

Ah, now this is my kinda poll. I picked Final Fantasy IV, since it was my first Final Fantasy. Plus it introduced some of the elements present nowadays. Summons, the Battle system were both introduced in this game. Yes, it is the hardest, if you play the Playstation one. I had trouble with it, and I had basically almost memorized everything about the game. Fav character from there? Probably Rydia.

Summons were intro'd earlier than FF4. FF3 at the latest, actually.

FF4 also introduced the all-purpose MP system, as opposed to prior FFs with the separate MP for each level of magic.

I'm a big white mage fan, personally. Without the white mage, the party doesn't stay alive in the early games, unless you do a steam-roller version of the FFI party (aka, all knights). My white mage Rosa can do about 3400 with cure 3 in battle. That' more HP than any of my characters currently have (She has all spells right now except holy).

I chose FFVIII in the poll... but... I LOVE FFX as well.

Ahhh. *sigh* This brings back memories of Focus:FF. All these people talking about FF... (Don't mind me, lol)
