it is a little short sighted to be LOL about a decision that could well backfire on the security of our nation in the future, if a court can demand that a VP must disclose the content of conversations with the president or others it open doors that should not be available to those who would use the courts to obtain the content of confidential conversations
Just so you know, grand jury proceedings are confidential, so any testimony given in a grand jury, federal or state, isn't public record and jurors are prohibited from discussing anything learned during the proceedings.

Well when the next president or vice president is under investigation of potential crimes, then just like Watergate, just like sitting VP Cheney testifying to a Special Counsel, and just like Trump conspiring to steal an election, the courts will make a ruling. In both cases they ruled to cough it up. What Pence is asked to testify about was about the security of the nation.
