My advice is alcohol and preparing to die, which is what I'm doing. But that's bad advice so don't do it. In theory you can "lean on the Lord" and "trust in Him" and all that jazz, but I haven't even gotten a HUG from trying them. So yeah, don't take advice from me.

Bloody 'ell, you sound just like my dad.

Thanks I'm trying yeah

He brings the comfort, peace, completeness, wholeness, love etc. that we need. Only He can fulfill us. It is a hard process to go through (heartache, breakup, etc.), so focus on His Word, and maybe sing songs of praise and thanksgiving, so your mind is stayed on Him, when our mind drifts away from Him, we tend to get down hearted more and become depressed and stressed, etc. He will help you through! :)

It's easy to feel lonely, after a break up. But sometimes that is because we don't feel good enough about ourselves. Our culture tells us that we need someone in our life, or to stay busy 24/7. In times like this, prayer is your best friend...pray for God to lessen your loneliness and guide you. ((hug))
