  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have long hair, I can twist it up out of the way when needed (It will stay up without any clips/pins etc) braid it, do all sorts of thing with it. Lots & lots of options.
Downside is it can be windy in Scotland so can get quite tangled if its down.

When i was younger I had it cut short (Not my choice, hairdresser thought she had a better idea than the light trim on my waist length hair that i ask for :( )
Absolutely hated it. to short to pull back & I could never get it to do what I wanted, Took years to grow back out to a workable length.

I do not like fixing my hair, so I keep it short and straight. I like it just long enough to put into a pony tail to get it out of my face. My pony tail is nearly 4" long now lol, but I'm getting a hair cut today.

That'll be good. Are you having the same style or something different?

I'm the opposite, my hair grows really quickly. I think the hairdresser should have asked you if you wanted it shorter and given you a chance to explain why you didn't want to have it that length.

Exactly the same lol, just shorter. Took me years to find the right combination of minimal work and looking good, so I'm sticking with it!
Hi!

Well, it's summer now! A lot of ppl now feel the advantage of the short cuts.
