GOD is a launderer
And HE does purify us
So that our faith (more precious than gold though tried in the fire) will prove genuine
Resulting in HIS GLORY and praise
It's the same truth
HE does prune
Does this apply to all?Everything he is are for us relational according to his purpose.
Maybe I should have made my user name Aswesee ...
Does this apply to all?
Even unbelievers?
Does HE discipline all HIS CHILDREN?
That was a prophetic dream of exalted man who does not acknowledge GOD as GODThe story of Nebuchadnezzar, and the dream he recieved from God, and the process he went through over what it became to him shows we should not limit God in anyway.
That was a prophetic dream of exalted man who does not acknowledge GOD as GOD
Nebuchadnezzer, afterwards, after the tree was cut down, after all the treasures are removed, acknowledges GOD as GOD and that all that we have is from HIM who gives to both the wicked and the "righteous"
Nebuchadnezzer, in error, assumed all that he had was by his own hands
Look at all these kingdoms I have built
Immediately he was cut down
And poor Nebuchadnezzer' son?Who knew all this about his fatherIn the end God restored him, even adding excellent majesty to him.
Nebuchadnezzar was a rod in the hand of God, but God was just as concerned with him as he was with those he used him as a rod on.
Aseyesee,
You know 2 Thessalonians 2
(When he who holds all things back is taken out of the way)
You know job 1
(The hedge was removed)
You know Nebuchadnezzer's dream
(Daniel 4)
Will the outcome be one and the same for all men?
Revelation 9 says otherwise
So does revelation 16, Isaiah 8, and even jobs wife mouthed the same words
Some will not wait but will look up curse their God and their king
And be cast into utter darkness
But blessed the man who waits and trusts in THE LORD
HEB 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.Does this apply to all?

Was GOD concerned for him?
Did GOD use and restore him
The wounds of .HIS chastisement was ours reallyHEB 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
Doesn't He love all the "unbelievers" He died for? And a scourging discipline He has for his "every son".
People actually died just from being scourged. Which is one reason Jesus died sooner on the cross than most. Because most never received both a 'scourging' with 40 lashes...and then a 'death' sentence on the cross, on top of it.

Not sure as to what you're saying. Are you saying this refers 'only ' to Jesus? If that's the case then I'd disagree based upon the quoted 'verse' where it says "every son"....being 'plural'. Therefore not talking about 'Jesus' only, which would be singular. As an only son ...

But, if you're referring to only those who reach manifested, or mature "son" status, I'd agree.
Back to Basics:
OP: ADAM? When God had finished ALL of creation He saw that it was "good".(perfect!)
"DAY 6": Genesis:
31 God saw ALL that He had made (including A&E), and behold, it was VERY "good".
And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.
Genesis 1:26-28 (NASB)...Creation of Mankind...extracts and comments
26 Then God (ELOHIM=PLURAL) said,
"Let Us make man in Our (SPIRITUAL!)image, according to Our (good moral?) likeness;...
27 God created man in His own (SPIRITUAL!)image,
in the image of God He created him;(Mankind)
male and female He created them.
28 God blessed them; and God said to them,
"Be fruitful and multiply,(procreate) and fill (populate) the earth, and subdue it (planet earth);(ALL animals and plants)
God created ALL in perfection. He continues to INTERVENE in perfection
God is NOT dead, nor doth He sleep.
The ALL everything SOVREIGN TRI-UNE GOD ALLOWS "imperfections" to occur, ONLY to His GLORY!
He gave the spiritual gift of "free will" to Mankind + angels.
"Imperfections"/"evil" is the ABSENCE of God.
Evil: spirit beings, persons, places and things are CAUSED by:
1. The "world" (kosmos)= chaotic
2. the "flesh" (Man's sin nature)
3. The "devil"-> +demons = spirit beings allowed to attack Mankind.
