That is irrelevant to what I said. It speaks directly to 'somebody's' attempt to discredit the person who could beat that 'somebody' in the election, which came to fruition. It happened, and we know it happened.
Really? I don’t remember Trump being charged with anything for that. If there was a way they would’ve included it with the other charges

Look, I wish Donald Trump would go away.
So do I. Perhaps up a river...
I’m not voting for him in the primary.
Good for you. I won't either.
But the perception is that he’s being maliciously prosecuted while Joe Biden and Hunter are getting a pass.
A perception they endeavor to plant in your mind, but it is just that -- a perception.
Why is Trump charged for everything they can possibly squeeze in for having classified documents
Obstruction. You know about obstruction, right?

and Biden was even more careless with the same thing and he’s charged with nothing?
Not from what is available for us to hear. (And the Biden investigation hasn't ended.)
You see how it looks?
Yes, it looks like some of Trump's defenders will go to any lengths to turn him into the victim.
This is guaranteeing Trump the nomination and possibly the general election.
Sure it will. Sure it will. (roll eyes) What does this say about the GOP that they won't even push back against a multiply charged criminal who recklessly damaged the national security?

National security? We have a President now who has been paid millions by foreign governments through his family members.

The Trump tower meeting supposedly was for finding dirt on Hillary. In other words opposition research.
That was one of the stories Donald told. Another was that it was about sanctions about Russia. There were other excuses as well.

But per the OP, the fact that he can't keep his story straight about why his campaign officials were meeting with Russia is obviously Schiff's fault, right?

Just as Hillary colluded for Russian disinformation as a way to interfere with an election.
A campaign "colluded" with a US company, perhaps. Except I'm not sure it could be called collusion, given the lack of corresponding lies and attempt to cover it up.

So perhaps more accurately, they hired a company to collection information about a political candidate. Not that exciting, and certainly different than secret meetings between a camping and foreign agents, hiding and lying about those meetings, and asking that hostile foreign government to hack an opponents emails.

But of course trying to make them sound the same is just one of the tactics to try and paper over the corruption in Donald's administration. As is the sham of a censure of Schiff for, well, we're not sure since no one can seem to post an actual reason to do so. Sure is suspicious - a censure based on apparently nothing, and just after Donald gets into legal trouble yet again.

What is the title of this thread? Who is this thread about?
An attempt by the GOP to deflect from the evidence against Donald by falsely accusing a sitting Congressman of lying about that evidence. And a discussion about the false accusations, since a lot of them seem to have been brought up in lieu of discussing any sort of actual evidence which might remotely support the GOP accusations.

"Everybody with a brain knows" that Trump has not been convicted of violating any criminal laws and is far from going to prison.
There was a minor issue with his foundation getting shut down for fraud. Or was that his "university"? Hard to keep the convictions straight.

And now he's in a bit more legal trouble, and rather than a fact-based defense of the guy we get stories from the far right about how bad a democrat was for talking about the evidence for his campaign's earlier legal issues.

If there's a perception among some people, those people should know better by now than to trust right wing fairy tales like this. Or like the one in the OP.

There's both zero reason to believe this and zero reason to think it has any relevance to the thread.

Other than both it and the topic mentioned in the OP are pretty transparent attempts to try and shift some sort of heat on democrats to distract from the GOP frontrunner getting arrested for espionage charges.

Liberals should take their own advice concerning fairy tales.

Wasn’t there an investigation and a one sided impeachment? I believe it went nowhere in the Senate if I remember correctly
Yes, all the witnesses were Republicans. Does that ring a bell?

That would be a misperception.

Joe Biden hasn't need a pass for anything. Hunter took a plea deal offered by a Trump appointee.

Did you just wake up from a 3-year coma? Do you think Trump is "actually" president?
