I am sorry if this is a thread repeat but "search" acts uncooperatively for me right now.
I'm in a discussion on another site with a guy about evolution and in this case, "how did 'races' arise?". I was reminded whilst browsing the web that 4 blood types flow through everyone on the planet, all of whom are able to create children with any other people group, of course; the differences between people, physically, becomes very marginal, technically, and appear to be drastically different merely because we're visual creatures.
Is it possible, genetically, and Scripturally, that Adam and Eve gave birth to people of different 'colors' and bone structures? In other words, was the original event of childbirth filled with colorful surprises?
Is our now 'segregated' world a result of a genetic split of sorts? Because Adam and Eve's genes were perfect, did it somehow enable them to have variously colored offspring?
I know this isn't terribly important, but this stems from a discussion I'm sort of having about evolution and human history. I say "sort of" because neither of us know much about these things, lol, but we're discussing it.
