What scale do you want it. If the scale is large enough for stars to fit within a reasonable space, then the sun and planets will be too small to see. If the scale is small enough so that the sun and planets can fit in a reasonable space, then there won't be space to include any stars.

This is our solar system to scale. If stars were included in this model they would still be outside the bounds of the actual solar system. But I suspect you know this already, or at least the flat earther whose video you linked does.
