None of the above is true. A fetus does not have developed vocal cords at the stage where most abortions are formed and therefore cannot scream.

The fetus may shrink away from being touched by a foreign object, but no evidence exists that it is from pain. It is far more likely that it is a defensive response, one that even the most bacteria cells will do when touched.

the sream dosent really matter...
but the pain does, so the babies nervous system clicks on as soon as it leaves the birth cannal right? Or Should we just assume that it isnt and risk causing increadible pain to a baby just cuz some person was irrisponsible and had sex and they dont want to own up to it. And if you dont want the baby then put it up for adoption. its a lot better that killer the poor thing.

I do believe that abortion is wrong, but not because they scream in pain or anything like that (and I seriously doubt that happens.) I believe it's wrong because although it's just a little ball of cells or a lump of tissue at that point, we know it will become a life at a later date. With that foreknowledge, abortion is the same as murder, because your getting rid of something that you know will develop into a human with a soul and emotions etc etc.

The majority of abortions happen at 12 weeks. Which is 3 months.

If you're so concerned about abortion why don't you do something about the causes rather than just harping on about the pain?

We live in society that is all about SEX SEX SEX. Do something about that and you might save some fetuses. On one hand people are hammered about sex. You can leave your house (or turn on your tv or radio) without been bombarded with sex. It's no wonder there are so many abortions taking place. It seems to me your attacking the consequence, but leaving the cause. A pointless exercise.
