Funny how a Christian raises a topic but you have a go at a non-Christian for calling them out on it. Typical.7 pages in on a thread about abiogenesis and we're suddenly talking about Job. Typical.
Sorry about your luck then.
That is a meaningless and unsupported claim. It is of no value in a debate. If you want to claim that a god exists the burden of proof is upon you.God is self-existent.
We do come from God and we are gifted with our own wills as God has His own will, but this means that we are capable of doing evil things of our own will, separate from God's will. It's this separation that God desires heal, which is why Jesus was sent to do God's will and reconcile us back to God.
Then why did you say this:
Once again I shall tell you that quotes from the Bible are not actually evidence.
Sorry about your luck then.
Then your luck ends where the Bible begins. My luck seems to be pretty good.
Then we would have two universes, wouldn't we?Why not just say the same thing about the universe?
Science is myopic. That is a meaningless and unsupported claim.

Not if I claim it on faith.Subduction Zone said:If you want to claim that a god exists the burden of proof is upon you.
It's a declaration of His righteousness. Why was killing Jesus - the most innocent of innocents - the only way for God to accomplish this?
Because that's the main atheistic teaching that I've come across in the past regarding biological life and evolution - that life came about by random happenstance and evolution is the effect of that random cause.
You are confusing cause and effect. While the cause is random, the effect is not because there is a selection process in place.
So why was God's will a murder? Why was killing Jesus - the most innocent of innocents - the only way for God to accomplish this?
Can you explain further?
<insert something vague that could correlate with the following quote>...Romans 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
