We do come from God and we are gifted with our own wills as God has His own will, but this means that we are capable of doing evil things of our own will, separate from God's will. It's this separation that God desires heal, which is why Jesus was sent to do God's will and reconcile us back to God.

You are confusing cause and effect. While the cause is random, the effect is not because there is a selection process in place.

If you read what Jesus actually says you'd understand why thinking God murdered Jesus is fundamentally wrong.

John 10:17-18
"The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life—only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father."

So in reality, God loves Jesus because Jesus willingly chose to lay is life down on our behalf, showing the love of God to all. IOW, Jesus laying his life down is God's response to our desire to crucify.
