I believe Christ's Church should be observing a Christian passover for the event of Christ's death and resurrection. That since Apostle Paul said, "For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:" (1 Corinthians 5:7).
Which is exactly what Easter is.

There is a huge amount of the traditions of men, in the Church.

In my experience, more in those churches which disavow Holy Tradition than those who accept that there is an Apostolic faith that has been handed down (2 Thessalonians 2:15).

There is a measure of truth.
What did Jesus consider a man made tradition? What did Jesus condemn? The traditions or the abuse of tradition.

Some traditions are fine, Jesus in His own words very clearly tells us it is not fine to replace the commandments of God with man’s traditions. The example Jesus used was directly from the Ten Commandments. Exodus 20:12 We see tradition has replaced God’s commandments today for the majority of people and churches, but we should follow Jesus and His teachings not the teachings of man that lead us to breaking God’s commandments, according to Jesus in doing so one worships in vain.

Matthew 15:3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; (From the Ten Commandments Exodus 20) and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:

8 ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth,
And honor Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
9 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”

Jesus also said:

John 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

So in effect, God took the pagan holiday and removed the false god, pagan, beliefs, and now Easter is nothing more than a trademarked, commercial, profit holiday with some "magical" bunny who poops candy. Way to stick it to the pagans.
Then Moses did the same thing. The serpent that swallows its tail is the Egyptian symbol called the Oroboros. Moses depaganized it by turning it into a Christian symbol. Moses changed the tail into the foot of Our Savior that isn't swallowed by the serpent but crushes it instead.
