A Sparrow Once Taught Me
meant for obvious rhyme and humor
Landing on a line that would shock the world below
A small sparrow stops not to think
For it only stops to go and go
Because its life is only a blink
From spot to spot it hops or flies
Weighing only an ounce
These are rather silly lines
I wonder if they even count?
As the little bird flies away
Into the darkened skies
It doesn't worry of what tomorrow brings
It only worries that it can fly
A lesson learned from that little bird
Even though it could care less
If I only worried what's of today
I'd have a little less stress!
