You know, the reason I left this forum over a year ago out of utter disgust was the rampant utter nonsense of some members who I believe wished to nothing other than cause trouble. Honest discussion and disagreement is great. Totally off the wall made up stuff is disruptive and frankly does more harm for Christianity than anything. It's a shame that this more than obvious behavior is still rampant here in the science forums of the Christian Forums.

This is also why I am here. I think these people who feel that being dishonest in the name of Christ is the thing to do are doing a lot of damage to Christianity.

I agree and I would say the same about Dad and even ED. I feel that these really believe what they are saying no matter how confused and mixed up they seems to us.

These are not the ones I for whom I have concern. It is the ones that are deliberately and willfully dishonest in their defense of creationism.

Between the lines of any paper on evolution one cares to peruse. These papers are riddled with suppositions, in fact suppositions are the glue that hold the whole theory together.

I don't understand how you can say this when you acknowledge that you don't understand some of the papers you read. You said this;

Genesis 2:4 shows that other heavenS (Plural) were made the 3rd Day.

This means that we live in a Multiverse composed of at least 3 heavens or Universes. NASA and the ESA have spent Millions of dollars in a effort to launch L.I.S.A., which is supposed to happen later this year. One of the reasons for L.I.S.A. is to measure the gravitational pull exerted by other Universes within our Multiverse. Parallel universes. [VIDEO]

When this is discovered, you can tell everyone that a Creationist told you this BEFORE the discovery happens. You can tell them he told you from Genesis that we live in a Multiverse. Science does not claim to know more than god, but observations have shown the bible to have flaws. When you view the bible as the writings of humans and not deities, why would you think twice about evidence showing it to be inaccurate?

Why are there more than 30,000 independent Christian denominations all with differences? Who chose which scriptures to include and which to exclude?

Dear Sarah, Correction: The False Goatherder interpretation is what has been shown to be incorrect Scientifically and Historically. God's Holy Word stands and NO man can refute what is ACTUALLY written. Until the world learns the True Understanding of Genesis, scientists will continue to THINK that they know more than God. There is NO evidence of our Human beginnings EXCEPT in God's Holy Word. The reason is because Adam, the first Human, was NOT made on this Earth. Adam was made on another Earth, in another heaven or Universe, which was totally destroyed in the Flood. What is really interesting is that Adam was made the SAME Day as the Big Bang of our Cosmos. Gen 2:4-7

Man's greed is usually why someone prints a Bible and tries to sell it. If you have nothing to print, but what your competitor is printing, what do YOU have to sell? It's God's will that there be more than 30k denominations. It's His way of guaranteeing that ONLY by FAITH in the Gospel of Jesus Christ can man inherit God's Immortality, wisdom, and Heaven. That FAITH is only available to those who seek the Father. Heb 11:6

God is the Author of Scripture is also the ONE who Picked the Scriptures which are included in the Bible. It's a Miracle, which only Christians can understand since He brought His Holy Word, down through the Ages, to modern man, who is finally beginning to be able to understand what He told us thousands of years ago.

This thread is and never was intended for the discussion of old earth creationism. I asked for old earth creationists to explain the fossil record without evolution. Old earth creationists do not accept evolution but believe in an old earth, that is why I asked the question to them.

Dear Rick, I explained that the fossil record was produced by evolution. The first words out of Adam's mouth was that the two would become one, which is the basis for the measurement of the changes in the allele frequency over time in a population, or evolution, as scientists call it.

God calls it "changes within His kinds" and Their kinds, or descent with modification since two separate indivduals produce another individual who carries the changes in genetics within his body and passes it on to his children. Modern Evols have gone beyond this view and have been teaching Falsehoods to our children for more than 50 years now.

The Big Falsehood is that Humans evolved from the common ancestor of Apes, INSTEAD of what God told us in Genesis 2:4-7. This is the Biggest Satanic Lie ever told and is ruining our children today. Jesus told us some would offend our little children and also told us of their certain Future: Mat 18:6 Here's hoping that YOU didn't participate in this Satanic teaching. God Bless you.

Dear Rick, FYI, The name is Christian Forums. What you are looking for is a Godless Evol site. I've been to them and they don't like me there. They go bonkers and threaten and scold daily. You would probably fit right in there, since they REFUSE to discuss anything except their Evol Religion.
