The Greek word for "word" is logos and it means a spoken work, it does not mean a written word. In Greek the word for written words is graphe.
But the scripture has example of God's word being called God's word. For example Jesus said whoever keep his words loves him. That's God's word. I think this debate is wrong. I call the Bible God's word

The written word is the gateway. Jesus said whoever keeps his words will be loved by the father and they will come in and live with that person. (John 14)
It is because people confuse "spoken word (logos)" with "written words (graphe)" that there is so much confusion about who The Word is and what God's Word is. It is a mistake to identify "God's word" or "The Word" with holy scripture because holy scripture is the written record of God's words that were revealed either by being spoken or by visions or by dreams. When the distinction is not observed it leads to errors like that one I reported in the Original Post. It is the truth that four people in CF have told me that the Bible is God, because it is "the Word of God". It is a serious error, some have made it, I hope none will take it to heart and turn their bibles into objects of religious worship.

I'm not confused.

Try replacing God's word (or whatever other phrase you think identifies scripture with God's word) with God said, or God spoke, or God's spoken word. It may clear up the difficulty that your post indicated you have.

One does not hear what one reads unless someone speaks it aloud, so that verse is not saying, “More than that, blessed are those who read the written word of God and keep it!” but it is saying, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the spoken word of God and keep it!”

The word of God is God and that refers to his spoken word. In the beginning was the Word and the word was God. He created everything by speaking it into existence. That's the word that created everything. Its a mysterious thing. Why debate it? Jesus commandments are Jesus. He is more than that however. He's a spirit.

If you disssagre with my words dont worry, it's not really me. It's just words.

Yes some people don't obey the word of God
