Good mornin!!

I gave up a few hours ago and decided to get a little sleep. I prayed as I was drifting off that others would sleep as well and that level headedness would begin to come back into focus with some rest. Often feelings and emotions can run at extremely high levels when we are tired.

I woke and jumped in to find that not much has changed. Debate is good. Someone mentioned earlier about iron sharpening iron and I believe if we set aside our own agendas we will find a beautiful opportunity for growth in the change.

Let me take a moment to again admonish you, as I did last night... the enemy in this battle is not each other. It is not the flesh and blood you see represented on these pages. This debate and the emotions it is inciting are exactly what the enemy desires to bring division among the people of God. Iron ceases to sharpen iron when it begins to dig and chip away.

Don't get personal and attack one another. Don't attack Erwin for following the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you want to waste precious time arguing a mute point all day long... be my guest. BUT... do it in love. Not in bitterness or anger or slander. If that is in your heart, forget nonbelievers coming in and wrecking the place... it has already begun from the inside.

The Gospel is being spread regardless. People are hearing the word "Jesus". Before we were saved, our minds & hearts were planted over the years about Jesus from various source. Its the Holy Spirit that convicted us to accept Christ. CF will be able to do the same. Allow the Holy Spirit to work among us regardless.

We cannot seperate ourselves and I will not seperate myself because of doctrinal differences.

Why should there be NONS-believing mods and staff to say what goes and what doesn't in discussions between believers? Why should there be any non-believing mods and staff on a Christian forum? Unless it for certain games or something?

You don't put non-believers in charge of believing, spiritual "things"!

Our job is to set the example of how to behave like a decent person. We need to keep in mind that the Samaritan was not accepted, yet he behaved in the "right" manner.

Restricting it to just believers wasn't working out so well. I think that's in the OP...somewhere. Or in one of these threads.
