  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

A little perspective.

The next one? I missed the forst one! After I spent all that money on weaponry? Dang it!
Don't feel to bad, the last out break was in 2002 in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Who knows, maybe one of them excaped and is making his way to the mainland across the ocean floor right now!

What's your opinion on Shotgun v Chainsaw?

I'm thinking that I can't go wrong with both, but I'm wondering which to go for first.
your always best to go for a non-working part secondary weapon... chainsaws jam up, and both chainsaws and shotguns run out of ammunition, and can have mechanical problems, but a sword, or, heck, a crowbar is ALWAYS ready

not a lot of brain for sustenance in your average ictyoid... plus they are FAST, which a lurching underwater zombie may have difficulty compensating for
Well it depends on which type of zombie your talking about, some just like flesh. But I think your right about the speed thing, the traditional slow moving zombie would have a problem, but then again some types of zombie flesh is poisoned.

The possibility of a Huckabee '08 win followed by a Cameron '11 win has got to be one of the scariest.

I just wish Brown would stand down. It's obvious he's not cut out to be PM, and i'm fed up of our PM being made a fool of by Cameron every week at the commons. He appears to be incompetent. It reminds me of the Major/Blair years, when Major was PM.

Chainsaws are just a bad idea in general. The look and sound cool, but they are heavy, jam easy cutting through bone, and you have to keep a large amount of gas on you to keep them running. Your better off with a sword or a crowbar.

The shotgun isn't that effective either unless you fill it with solid slugs. Remember, it takes a shot to the head to down most zombies. You better off with a sporting rifle for long range sniping and a hand gun for short range to help in escape. Remember, tests have shown that a persons aim decreases as the target gets closer. And keep that hand weapon ready for when you run out of bullets.

Yes, I think about this way to much.....

I'm no big fan of Brown, but when I watch Prime Minister's Questions I don't see him being embarrassed. All I see is Cameron embarrassing himself.

He just keeps on and on about Northern Rock, then when it is pointed out that when push comes to shove he's supported every single thing the government did in response to the crisis, he hasn't got anything to say.

Not to mention that the other week he spent a good couple of minutes referring to Brown as 'you', assumably while the Speaker slept and his entire front bench was loudly whispering 'he' at him. Unfortunately he was too far up his backside to notice that he should be following Parliamentary protocol.

I see a serious, if highly flawed, politician getting bored of a pathetic little Eton boy who thinks he's still in the playground trying to get out as many News of the World front page soundbytes as he can in 30 minutes.

Gordon Brown might be a poor PM, but Cameron is a poor excuse for a human being.

Fortunately we get some sense when Cleggy stands up. Yes, I have a nickname for the LibDem leader. I know it's sad. :p

To be honest i haven't watched prime ministers questions much lately, but it was the impression i was getting last year. I haven't found a party yet worthy of my vote, so i might just have to start my own one.

You guys know this is silly. Animals will never try to eat a zombie.

Abortion, gay marriage and people who smell? I think we need a little perspective.

What political, social and/or ethical issues really keep you awake at night?

The way that people nowadays tend to look to government to shift the burden of their problems onto others worries me.
