We are starting very soon. Sometime this weekend, or the latest on monday. Light still needs to get his character in, and another player I've been talking to on PM. So I'll give them just a day or two and then we'll all get rolling.

It has been way too long.

RPG's tend not to work with out an GM with a lead character. Trust me I tried it

Very true, Flute, but what I mean is that I don't usually post character profiles for any of the characters. Why, should I?

Because it's part of the rules that any non-npc character has to have a profile. And because it helps the rest of us actors know who we're dealing with and what he looks like.

Interesting. I've never done that haha. But okay, I'll get right on that.

From what I've heard, not a lot of people read the rules thread anymore.

I never read the rules thread till my second year XD I just watched some of the people who had been here for ever already when I joined. Cyberwing taught me the most, and so did WoF and a few others.

I didn't read the rules till I did something wrong. That took me about a year. Most of the rules are common sense stuff.

 

[Sylvengard]

I grew up on pen and paper roleplaying. GURPS and Dungeons & Dragons, mostly. The GM/DM doesn't have a character for himself, because he's not a player. He just runs the environment and the NPCs. That's how we've always done it. The rules don't specify otherwise...the GM usually puts a list of rules on the first post of the thread.

ahhh...and most of the rps i've written in with you weren't created by you. but do you plan on having a character?

Yeah I'll get something written up. Today's father's day, so bear with me. I wasn't planning on this.
