Or a homeless American. There is a group of people who needs empathy instead of U.S. Supreme Court saying cities can punish people for sleeping in public places. In its biggest decision on homelessness in decades. The right-wing court empathizes with the plight of the homeless, but their actions prove that they don't want to help them in the least.

Stop trying to destabilize those we can't corrupt? And then there are the cartels which we fund and arm doing the trafficking. . Maybe we should think about how to help Mexico restore sovereignty in their northern tier of states. After all, the cartels are there to begin with because of us. If it was me, I would think it was important to start figuring out those problems, rather than strutting my empathy.

Empathy my foot. The Right doesn't care about illegals who sneak in to work. They can be exploited. Immigration wasn't a problem for the Right until people started fleeing failed states that our foreign policy helped ruin and asking for asylum. "Those brown people" (as the empathetic Governor Abbot calls them) get to stay until their asylum claims are heard and are protected by the same labor law as citizens. That's why Trump doesn't want more courts to hear the asylum claims, he wants to keep them out altogether, with a wall.

Now what's happening is that the cartels are recruiting and trafficking asylum seekers and have a nice little side business ferrying them across the no-man-s land next to our border that the Mexican government does not control. They are dumped there in the desert with no resources and no means of going back. What does your "empathy" suggest we do about it?

I know how deeply conservatives care about the plight of exploited workers brought into our country by the Biden administration and the victims of the criminals Joe has brought into our country. While conservatives have spoken out to stop the human disaster, people like Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Jerry Nadler have said we need immigrants to "pick the crops." While the administration lied to the American people with claims the border was safe, secure, and closed, the Biden people were secretly bringing people into our country.

Agreement is the elephant in the room and a contributing source to the lack of unity. The expectation of belief and agreement is the problem. We're dealing with a populace whose reasoning is influenced by likes and clicks which makes dissenting views uncomfortable. When someone feels otherwise its taken personal and arguments ensue or factions form.

When you exist in a world of echo chambers and marry your self-esteem to your position you've painted yourself in a corner and will remain ostracized from the rest. We're swiftly becoming a nation of fragile egos and crybabies. To be otherwise requires the return of emotional balance and rationale.

fly them to the USA to reception centers that have medical to check for infectious diseases or help with health problems, legal- green card, Medicaid, temporary housing, and teach them that you can't take a dump outside the Smithsonian that I witnessed last week, you know, teach them that most public buildings in America have restrooms.

I'm not paranoid. You know if we stick to policy we can fly them over to the reception centers on 737's, Instead of dying during travel being found in trains and the back of semi-trucks suffocated or starved and the one you mention in the desert.

When a spouse batters and abuses the other spouse, that means that LAWS are being broken as well. Why does that mean that a wife would need a "no fault" divorce law to end the marriage with her husband? That makes absolutely ZERO sense to me.

The policy is for everyone in my opinion I've already sent a letter to New Mexico and the three candidates but I think my congressman here threw mine in the trash because I'm a registered Republican. I am tired of the status quo after 30 years and I honestly believe that this issue is a tool for votes.

I think Governor Abbot has been the most forthright and honest amongst Republicans. He just wants to keep "those brown people" as he calls them, out of the country.
