• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I cheat in my university. I cheat in my studies. There are areas in my university that I do not cheat too. I am feeling guilty. I tell myself no condemnation but I tend to feel condemned. A strong voice inside me just says move on. What should Christians who cheat in his or here studies do? What should Christians who cheat in university do? How to deal with the consequences of sins such as cheating?

Share with me if you are from a mega church or not. Share with me whether you are a Christian. Share what is your Christian denomination too! Grateful!
If you can’t cope with the guilt don’t cheat. The fact that you do cheat means by definition you can. So I don’t quite see the problem.

Enrolling at a university is done for learning purposes. The university is paid tuition and fees to teach information and skills.

If cheating defeats the learning process. It is cheating yourself from receiving the education you paid for with valuable time and money.

The degree might be earned. But the skills and knowledge may not. Which could hinder job advancement and performance in the future.

Cheating is a slippery slope. At first it could be cheating at small & relatively unimportant things. Later it will devolve into gradually larger things. A person could ask themselves if that's the type of life they want for themselves. If its the type of life God wants for them. Then make their choices and live with the consequences.

Cheating is theft and lies is it not?
Is God the father of lies, or Satan the father of lies?

You can work to earn what you deserve
Or cheat to receive what you do not deserve
But you will feel better about one
And not the other

Do good and feel good
Do evil and feel fear
It's a simple choice

When I was in middle school, I thought
'If I can cheat and get away with it in school
Then I deserve what I have gotten'

Of course we do get what we deserve
Often in the form of feelings
But it's not always what we think
We were going to get

My advice is, commit to no longer cheat
I did this in High School when I saw the Honor Society
And I thought 'I would like to be Honorable'
But to work to earn what you can get
And when people look at you
You will know they are not looking at a lie
Even if it is the mirror
Looking back at you

Your score will be honest
And your feelings will be honest
And your life will be honest
And that will be a good life

You don't cheat.
Cheating is a form of dishonesty towards the university.
There are many verses about honesty and dishonesty.

2 Timothy 2:15

15 Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

Ephesians 4:25

25 Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

Proverbs 10:9
9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.

Repent
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

You might also want to dig down for the real reason you have felt driven to cheat. Most sins have roots down to something.Like disappointing parents; but parents will be far more displeased by cheating.

No mega church here and I wouldn't go to one if there was one. I am from the Australian country/bush. A 'mega' service would be 50 people. You don't need some mega church just you and Jesus and his word. As to denominations I go to a few different churches, mostly baptist and Church of Christ, but I think those are different to the same named churches in the US. I believe there are many good protestant churches in Korea, I assume you are from South Korea?

By the way you posted this in an open area not a Christian only area.
