CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I wish I could find a community where I felt like I had belonging, a healthy romantic relationship where we were on the same wavelength about life, and a happier life in general.

Yes!!!! One of my favorite movies next to NeverEnding story. It's my little sister's obsession since she was 5 years old. And now it will be my 4-year-old nephews obsession. My sister always thought she was My doppelganger when I was in my teens.
I wish for wisdom with this teeth and sinus situation, relational situations, and finances. I wish for joy that brings a peace that only comes through knowing Christ, no matter the situation. I wish for the Holy Spirit to continue to be my counselor and coach as challenges come my way and as those challenges happen that I can be an example and hope for others as they go through their journeys with various difficulties and trials. I wish for more others-centeredness rather than self.
