Yes God judges, not us. We judge inside the Church but God judges those outside it. God commanded that we not rail against our enemies but that we instead love them, pray for them, and do good for them.

Judgment must first begin with the house of God. If we return railing for railing, and we do not love and do good for our enemies, then Gods wrath is against us as well.

Romans 2:3 So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment? 4 Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?
