1. Having the courage to divorce my first husband dispite having no support from anyone in my family about it.
2. Not losing my optimisim about love because of a really horrific and abusive first marriage.
3. Marrying a really good man when he asked me to.
4. Having the courage to invest my heart again, and try to have a baby after surviving the emotional heartbreak of 4 miscarriages.
5. Deciding never to apologize for anything the people in my family have said or done.

My Uncle (on my dad's side) wrote a book called Charlie Rangers along with someone named Don Ericson.
My great uncle on my mom's side was known by the native american's as "Spike Horn" and two books were written about him.
My grandmother on my mother's side was Beulah Carey's (Drew Carey's mother) best friend.
